NEW INTERNET BANKING
We are pleased to announce that we have updated our Internet Banking and Bill Pay Services. By doing so we are able to provide you with a single sign on procedure, as well as more convenient and efficient online banking tools and resources.
Please note that your User Name changed on July 20th. Your new User Name combines your previous User Name and Access Number, with no space between. Your password did NOT change (Example).
During your initial sign on to the new Internet Banking, you will be required to complete a Security Update (View Instructions). This update is intended to provide you with the best security possible when accessing your account online. Multi-Factor Authentication requires more than one method of verification and ensures a higher level of security when signing on to Internet Banking.
ONLINE BILL PAY USERS
Online Bill Pay customers now sign on with the new Internet Banking log in (as described above).
The new Bill Pay system has stored your previous six months of payment history. All information from the previous system has transferred automatically, with the exception of any reminders you had set. You will need to re-enter your reminders in the new Bill Pay system.
